This is an easy, tasty and healthy recipe of salad made with Cucumber, Radish , Tomato , Onion and spices. Let’s start.
- First get all the ingredients chopped.
- Take a large mixing bowl, add all the vegetables- cucumber, radish, tomatoes, onions, and add salt, pepper, green chilies, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Toss the salad well and serve it fresh.
2. Kabuli Chana & Moongphali Salad Recipe –
This is a wonderful way to add protein into your everyday diet.The kabuli chana is soaked and cooked till soft and the peanuts are cooked separately. This salad is flavored with spicy red chilli powder, amchur powder and fresh lemon juice. Let’s start.
- Cook the soaked kabuli chana in pressure cooker with water and salt for about 4-5 whistles. Kabuli chana has to soak over night.
- Once the peanuts are cooked , add the cooked peanuts and kabuli chana into a mixing bowl.
- Add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilli, coriander leaves and all the spice powders and mix well. Spray fresh lemon juice and mix well and serve fresh.
